Account Executive – Privacy SaaS for Healthcare

A fast-growing SaaS startup at the intersection of healthcare, marketing, and privacy is seeking its first dedicated Account Executive. This role is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level, own the full sales cycle, and shape how privacy-first marketing technology is sold into healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
  • Build and manage your pipeline with digital health, telehealth, and healthcare clients.
  • Lead consultative discovery, tailored demos, and negotiations with marketing, legal, and technical stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles including security and legal reviews.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and implementation teams to deliver a seamless buyer experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–7+ years closing 5–6 figure SaaS deals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience in healthcare, adtech, martech, or privacy tech.
  • Self-starter capable of building pipeline through outbound, referrals, and events.
  • Relationship-driven, consultative sales style trusted by clients.
  • Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments with some ambiguity.
  • Bonus: Existing healthcare/telehealth network or experience with multi-threaded legal/security reviews.
