About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to utilize the latest technologies and innovative solutions while growing and broadening your responsibilities alongside company expansion.

You will own, lead and deliver various solutions with direct oversight of requirements definition, product development, quality assurance, and coordinated launch plans. Embracing agile methodologies, you will deploy rapidly, learn, and iterate quickly in an entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engagements with clients and partners to enhance the platform user experience via API and file-based integrations.
  • Define product requirements through detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product feature development from conception to launch with testing and iteration.
  • Oversee the product roadmap for specific features or segments, ensuring timely and within-scope deliverables.
  • Communicate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and align product vision.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project communication plans across multiple teams.
  • Investigate bugs and identify tactical solutions for production issues.
  • Monitor post-launch product performance and seek continuous improvements.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
  • Stay aware of the competitive landscape in business and legal/compliance contexts.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience in product management, preferably in fintech, wealth management, or similar industries. Experience supporting API and file-based system integrations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven record of managing technical teams and projects are required. Candidates must have expertise in QA testing, comfort with using SQL, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to write comprehensive user stories, and a customer-centric approach when engaging directly with clients.

This role demands flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills, as it involves engaging directly with executive management and multiple cross-functional teams. Experience with agile methodologies is essential.
