About The Role
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager - Associate / Assistant Vice President to lead various buildouts of the alternative investments platform. You will work in a collaborative, results-driven environment with a team focused on solving complex industry challenges. This role involves working directly with clients to enhance system integrations driving key functions of the user experience.

Responsibilities include requirement definition, product development, quality assurance, and launch coordination. The ideal candidate embraces agile methodologies, deploying quickly to learn and iterate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements and partner integrations to enhance user experience.
- Define product requirements by writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch with testing and iteration.
- Own the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal).
- Investigate production issues and identify tactical solutions.
- Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on competitive landscape and compliance matters.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should have at least 3 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or wealth management. Experience with API and file-based integrations, strong analytical skills, QA testing, and SQL is a must. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and an agile mindset are crucial. The candidate must be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple priorities, and eager to grow with the company.
Benefits
The base salary range is between $110,000 and $160,000 based on experience. iCapital offers equity, annual performance bonuses, an employer-matched retirement plan, comprehensive healthcare (including dental, vision, telemedicine, and mental health counseling), parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The role is based in the office Monday-Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday.
