Overview
Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Client Adoption for the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN) Portal. The role focuses on owning the end-to-end advertiser journey—from onboarding through campaign launch—crafting seamless self-serve and hybrid experiences that accelerate time to value, boost adoption, and drive retention.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for client adoption.
- Own the client onboarding and activation experience to optimize campaign launches.
- Develop and refine self-service campaign creation tools.
- Lead integrated experiences across campaign management and post-campaign optimization.
- Utilize data insights and client feedback to reduce friction and boost repeat campaign creation.
- Collaborate with Experimentation PMs, Data Science, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with 3+ years in onboarding or adoption.
- 3+ years experience in SaaS or ad/marketing-tech environments.
- BA/BS in business or technology.
- Deep UX expertise including journey mapping and A/B testing.
- Data fluency and technical aptitude with dashboards and APIs.
Preferred Experience
- Leading managed-service to self-service transitions.
- Building API-first platforms.
- Prototyping with AI tools.
