Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Tech Support Intern, you will:
- Drive resolution of client product issues in collaboration with global teams

- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams for continuous improvement

- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Fluent in English
