Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Tech Support Intern, you will:

  • Drive resolution of client product issues by collaborating with global support and engineering teams
  • Analyze diagnostics and optimize product usage

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams for continuous improvement

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Fluency in English
