Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Tech Support Intern 2026, you will:

  • Drive resolution of client product issues by collaborating with global support and engineering teams.
  • Analyze diagnostics, optimize product usage and recommend solutions.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles to share insights.
  • Educate clients on product usage and best practices.
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to improve IBM solutions.
  • Participate in proactive support activities including upgrade planning and product adoption.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Experience in customer service teams.
  • Exposure to programming languages like Java, Python.
  • Understanding of software development concepts and system integration.
