Your Role And Responsibilities

This role supports HashiCorp's offerings now integrated with IBM to empower organizations to automate and secure multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will work with Sales Executives to manage pipeline creation, technical wins, onboarding, consumption, and renewals. Your responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor for customer accounts.
  • Exhibiting strong communication through presentations, demos, and workshops.
  • Guiding customers on the value realization journey.
  • Demonstrating business value of HashiCorp solutions.
  • Contributing to customer success via QBRs and roadmap sessions.
  • Driving expansion and promoting multi-product solutions.
  • Collaborating across Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and Engineering.
  • Offering authoritative guidance on DevOps, infrastructure, cloud, security, and development technologies.
  • Maintaining expertise in the HashiCorp portfolio and industry trends.

Preferred Education & Experience

Preferred candidates hold a Master's Degree along with 5+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Proficiency in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers and scheduling platforms.
  • Experience implementing software solutions in dynamic enterprise environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and innovative solution development.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Familiarity with HashiCorp tools and certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps) are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
