About the Role
As a Senior Workday Engagement Manager at IBM, you will lead project teams in delivering Workday solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed according to the project charter or contract, managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Manage Project Plan and Budget: Develop and manage the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements, including IBM and client employees, and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate Stakeholders: Coordinate and manage various stakeholders, including the Delivery Leader and Workday and Account Executives, to deliver the project on time and within budget.
- Deliver Project Solutions: Ensure the project is delivered according to the project charter or contract, meeting required scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
- Lead Project Team: Lead a project team in delivering Workday solutions, utilizing strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Collaborate with Executives: Work closely with the Delivery Leader and Workday and Account Executives in delivering the overall program.
Work Arrangement
Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs.
