Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Delivery Project Manager for IBM's Data Platform, you will specialize in implementing data and AI solutions, including data management, data fabric, data governance, trustworthy AI, and business analytics. In this role, you will drive the delivery of Technology Expert Labs services, leveraging your expertise to shape and define project outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Drive Solution Delivery: Lead the implementation of data and AI solutions, ensuring timely and effective delivery of project outcomes. This involves overseeing project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand requirements, define project scope, and ensure seamless delivery of Technology Expert Labs services.
• Develop Delivery Strategies: Design and develop strategies for delivering data management, data fabric, data governance, trustworthy AI, and business analytics solutions, aligning with client needs and project objectives.
• Manage Project Outcomes: Oversee project delivery, ensuring that solutions meet client requirements and are implemented within established timelines and budgets.
• Optimize Delivery Processes: Continuously assess and optimize delivery processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Data and AI Solution Implementation: Deep expertise in implementing data management, data fabric, data governance, trustworthy AI, and business analytics solutions, with a strong understanding of how to drive project outcomes and deliver Technology Expert Labs services.
• Project Delivery Leadership: Experience with leading project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure timely and effective delivery of project outcomes, meeting client expectations and requirements.
• Technology Expert Labs Services: Deep understanding of Technology Expert Labs services, including data and AI solution delivery, with the ability to shape and define project outcomes and develop strategies for delivering solutions.
• Client Requirements Management: Experience in working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and ensure seamless delivery of Technology Expert Labs services.
• Delivery Process Optimization: Deep expertise in continuously assessing and optimizing delivery processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Data Fabric Expertise: Deep expertise in data fabric solutions, with a strong understanding of how to integrate data management, data governance, and trustworthy AI to drive project outcomes.
• Business Analytics Knowledge: Experience with business analytics solutions, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization, to inform project decisions and optimize delivery processes.
• AI Solution Delivery: Deep understanding of AI solution delivery, including the ability to design and develop strategies for delivering trustworthy AI solutions that meet client requirements.
• Certifications for project/program management: Project or program certifications including but not limited to PMP, CMMI, Scrum Master or Aigle Project Management.
• Technology Expertise: Experience working with a broad spectrum of technology solutions including Data and AI, Automation, Sustainability, Security, Cloud, Power, Storage and zSoftware or equivalent technologies.
• Consulting Experience in Cloud Solutions: Experience working in consulting or project management for solutions including SaaS / IaaS / PaaS and/or Cloud.
