Introduction

IBM is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team and contribute to building robust, scalable, and efficient applications. This role focuses on backend development, API design, and integration, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Python Developer at IBM, you will work closely with our data engineering team to design, write, debug, and optimize complex code. Your responsibilities include developing applications on Big Data technologies, API development, and ensuring integration with analytics and natural language processing libraries.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
  • Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and unit testing practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
