Your Role And Responsibilities
As the Product Manager, you will own and maintain the roadmap for Radar initiatives, prioritizing improvements aligned with market needs, user feedback, and the HashiCorp vision. You will:
- Communicate roadmap status to all stakeholders.
- Keep sales and marketing updated on feature releases.
- Conduct user research and write clear product specifications.
- Plan sprints and collaborate with engineering and design teams.
- Create sales and marketing collateral including website copy, whitepapers, sales decks, and FAQs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 3+ years of product management experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- 5+ years overall experience in roles such as software engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
- Strong project management skills with ability to organize multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, design, sales, and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong user and market research skills.
- Ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Experience in cybersecurity, developer tooling, or security tooling is a plus.
