Introduction

You will join a team of around twenty UX/UI designers spread across various application domains. This team works on high-stakes business projects such as internal applications, business tools, and digital platforms. You will operate in a stimulating and collaborative environment, structured around proven design methods.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Product Designer Senior, you will:

  • Co-construct the design vision with the lead designer.
  • Act as a design reference for team members.
  • Ensure high quality UX/UI deliverables with feedback and coherence.
  • Contribute to design workload organization through roadmap planning, task distribution, and coordination with PO/Tech teams.
  • Conduct qualitative user research, including interviews, prototype tests, and feedback analysis.
  • Gather needs, and lead framing, co-design, or user testing workshops.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Adapt your approach to different stakeholders to convince and engage users.
  • Support the evolution of the design system by reporting functional needs or missing components.
  • Promote best design practices across project teams.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
  • Strong ability to structure complex subjects, prioritize, and unite teams around a clear approach.
  • A deep product sensitivity and solid design culture.
  • Confidence in fast-paced, demanding environments with varied stakeholders (business, IT, PO, other designers).
  • An aptitude for sharing methods and mentoring others.
  • Expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and component management.
  • Proficiency in user research methods and workshop facilitation techniques.
  • A clear understanding of technical constraints and a collaborative spirit with developers.
