Overview

IBM Consulting is seeking a highly experienced, team-oriented Oracle Data Architect for their technology services team. This is a US-based, remote, full-time role with occasional travel to client sites.

What You'll Do

As an Oracle Data Architect at IBM, you will:

  • Lead Solution Architecture and Presales for Reporting & Analytics solutions for Oracle cloud.
  • Consult on AST managed engagements, including implementations and upgrades.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement solutions using Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OBIEE and Oracle ADW.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting to project teams and team members for application issues.
  • Offer subject matter expertise in Reporting & Analytics solutions for Oracle cloud.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in architecting Reporting & Analytics solutions for Oracle cloud.
  • At least 6+ years of Oracle cloud data model knowledge in HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Hands-on implementation experience of FAW/FDI using OAC, OBIEE and Oracle ADW.
  • Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, OAC, OBIEE and Oracle ADW for 10+ years.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with analytics solutions such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse including data models, reports, dashboards, security, and customizations.
  • Experience managing users, groups, and application roles in FAW environments.
  • Extensive end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle Reporting tools including BI Publisher, Analysis & Dashboards.
  • Experience with Oracle BI Repository (RPD) solution design and development.
  • Knowledge of configuring OBIEE/OBIA security and tuning multiple source systems.
  • Understanding of BI tools, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and SQL/PLSQL.
  • Additional skills in Database, Cloud Concepts, Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and Data Integration are an advantage.
  • Certifications in BI products and experience in AI/ML are preferred.
