In the role of Manager - Finance and Administration Delivery - Record to Report at IBM BPO, you will accelerate digital transformation using agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows.

Your Role And Responsibilities

You will be responsible for global reporting, general ledger entries, and intercompany reconciliation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client engagements and contracts across geographies.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction at a senior management level.
  • Driving process metrics and maintaining robust tracking for decision-making.
  • Overseeing career development through mentoring, training and performance management.
  • Leading transformation projects and ensuring compliance with controls and policies.

Preferred Education & Experience

Master's Degree is preferred with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance and Administration Delivery, specifically record to report processes. Experience includes:

  • Handling global financial operations and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Delivering process improvements and technology driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and presentation skills.
