As an Infrastructure Specialist in System Administration, you will provide 24/7 technical support for cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless operations across various applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components. You will play a critical role in building, setting up, and maintaining cloud applications, infrastructure, and networking. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Provide Technical Support: Deliver 24/7 technical support for cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless operations across various applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components.
- Develop and Configure Infrastructure: Develop and configure infrastructure and configuration as code using Ansible and Terraform, and administer Dev, Test, and Production environments hosted on Windows, Linux, and Unix servers.
- Ensure System Security: Ensure systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats, identify and fix technical problems, and install software updates and fixes.
- Manage Cloud Applications: Manage Application ID, provide cloud elasticity by auto-scaling resources based on business requirements, and ensure DR and manual redundancy failover capabilities.
- Analyze and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve issues involving APIs, application services, and infrastructure problems, and escalate issues to the appropriate support level when necessary.

- Cloud-Based Solution Support: Exposure to providing 24/7 technical support for cloud-based solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues across various applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components.
- Infrastructure Configuration: Experience working with infrastructure and configuration as code using Ansible and Terraform, including administering Dev, Test, and Production environments hosted on Windows, Linux, and Unix servers.
- Database Administration: Exposure to installing and configuring databases such as MYSQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL, including ensuring database security and performance.
- Cloud Security: Experience working with cloud security features, including load balancing and CDN options provided by multiple cloud vendors, such as Azure Load Balancer and Application Gateway.
- Logging Cluster Management: Exposure to installing and maintaining a logging cluster using Logstash, ElasticSearch, and Kibana to parse logs from applications and Docker containers.

- Familiarity with ITIL Processes: Exposure to ITIL processes and Integrated Service Level Management, including service management reports to keep clients informed.
