Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Specialist in System Administration, you will provide 24/7 technical support for cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless operations across various applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components. You will play a critical role in building, setting up, and maintaining cloud applications, infrastructure, and networking. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide Technical Support: Deliver 24/7 technical support for cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless operations across various applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components.
- Develop and Configure Infrastructure: Develop and configure infrastructure and configuration as code using Ansible and Terraform, and administer Dev, Test, and Production environments hosted on Windows, Linux, and Unix servers.
- Ensure System Security: Ensure systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats, identify and fix technical problems, and install software updates and fixes.
- Manage Cloud Applications: Manage Application ID, provide cloud elasticity by auto-scaling resources based on business requirements, and ensure DR and manual redundancy failover capabilities.
- Analyze and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve issues involving APIs, application services, and infrastructure problems, and escalate issues to the appropriate support level when necessary.
