Introduction
In this role, you will work in one of IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) to deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients. The centers provide locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role And Responsibilities
IBM is looking for a professional with grit, drive, and a deep feeling of ownership. The candidate should hold a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and have strong experience in Python or an equivalent language.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps or equivalent roles
- Strong experience in bash scripting
- Strong experience with Kubernetes
- Strong experience with Docker
- Strong experience with Terraform
- Experience with DevOps in Azure cloud
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Understanding of application security and information security controls
- Knowledge of large-scale distributed systems, multi-tier architectures, monitoring, and storage systems
- Working knowledge of GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins or similar toolsets
