Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where deep technical and industry expertise is delivered to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. The centers provide locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role And Responsibilities
The role requires grit, drive, and a deep feeling of ownership. Candidates should have a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline along with strong experience in Python or an equivalent language.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Minimum 8+ years of DevOps experience or equivalent
- Strong experience with Bash scripting
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker
- Strong experience with Terraform
- Experience with DevOps in Azure cloud
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Understanding of application security and information security controls
- Good grasp of large-scale distributed systems, multi-tier architectures, monitoring, and storage systems
- Working knowledge of GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar toolset
