Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Product Manager at IBM, you will assist with projects spanning the entire cloud portfolio, supporting product management process agility and optimization. You will collaborate with product owners, cross-functional teams, and help curate customer insights to drive efficiency and innovation.

  • Collaborate with IBM’s product organization to support business outcomes.
  • Learn IBM’s methodologies including design thinking and agile practices.
  • Support product teams in defining requirements and user stories.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback for new opportunities.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

Preferred Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field required. Prior experience in product management or practical experience building cloud-based software products is expected.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Agile practices and design thinking implementation.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective problem solving and business analysis skills.
  • Ability to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Demonstrated track record of high-quality, self-directed execution, with technical expertise and strong stakeholder collaboration skills, particularly within cloud and technology environments.
