Entry Level Human Resources Professional Team HR Partner

Your Role And Responsibilities

This position supports employees and managers eligible for pooled support via the AskHR digital layer. As an ambassador for IBM’s new HR model, you will engage with managers on complex cases, provide leadership coaching, and ensure a delightful client experience from start to resolution.

• Engage with managers via AskHR for complex cases.
• Coordinate with HR functions for manager enablement.
• Enhance the AskHR digital layer through chatbot training.
• Co-create transformation of HR offerings and client experience.
• Build expertise in HR offerings and support ad-hoc requests.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred. You must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality, proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic analytics skills, and excellent written and oral communication. Passion for continuous learning and commitment to sharing expertise are essential.
