Role Overview

As a Digital Technical Specialist Entry Level Sales Program 2026, you will be a collaborative technical expert and trusted advisor. You will help design use-cases, present IBM's product suite, and drive adoption of next-generation platforms for some of the world's most influential enterprises and brands.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your squad on use-case designs and proofs of concept.
• Prospect new clients and identify expansion opportunities using digital tools.
• Understand client buying cycles to forecast deal closures.
• Provide technical support through demos, proofs of concept, and workshops.
• Advocate IBM products and build a strong digital personal brand.

Requirements

Educational: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience.

Professional Attributes: Excellent communication, client focus, team collaboration, self-starter attitude, and technical savviness.
