Your Role And Responsibilities
During your internship, you will gain valuable professional experience by working on client projects, building a compelling portfolio, and acquiring new skills. You will be immersed in continuous learning, coaching, mentoring, and have opportunities to advance into the associate program based on performance.
Work Experiences You Could Be Exposed To
- Market Dynamics: Engage in primary research and collaborate on market trends and competitive strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Support improvements through model design for enhancing client experiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in workshops, meetings, and interviews to document requirements.
- Project Exposure: Shadow product teams, contribute to data analytics, and participate in cloud migration projects.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Basic knowledge of Agile and SAFe principles
- Understanding of user-centered and service design concepts
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Analytical and time management capabilities
- Curiosity about consulting and digital transformation
Preferred Technical Experience
- Ability to write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
- Exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of technical concepts (APIs, web/mobile development)
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or similar tools
- Understanding of product strategy and MVP definition
Internship Details
This internship is located in Toronto and spans 4 to 8 months commencing in May 2026. Applicants must be enrolled in full-time post-secondary studies and return to studies after the term. MBA and PhD candidates are not eligible.
