Your Role And Responsibilities

Join IBM's worldwide design organization for AI Applications. As a Designer, you will create end-to-end customer experiences for AI-enabled solutions, empowering businesses with data-driven decisions through intuitive and engaging interfaces.

  • Translate Insights into Designs: Convert research insights into mock-ups, prototypes, and specifications.
  • Create Visual Assets: Develop high-fidelity mock-ups, graphics, design patterns, and demos.
  • Collaborative Development: Work with design teams and developers in agile settings.
  • Scenario Design: Craft user flows, business process scenarios, and demonstration interfaces.
  • Facilitate Workshops: Plan and lead both virtual and in-person design thinking workshops.

Preferred Education & Expertise

A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred along with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work. Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Cloud is essential.
