Job Description

Introduction

We’re looking for a proactive and self-sufficient Designer who thrives in an environment built on independence, trust, and shared ownership.

This role is about much more than creating mockups or polished screens. You will help shape enterprise-grade solutions for secure software delivery across on-premise and cloud environments. Your work should make complex systems feel clear, intuitive, and usable.

You’ll fit well if you care deeply about design craft, enjoy solving hard product problems, and can bridge the worlds of design and engineering without needing constant supervision.

On any given day, you may move between discovery, research, prototyping, collaboration with developers, usability validation, and refining the details that make a product truly usable.

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
  • Explore problems, gather insights, and propose solutions independently
  • Participate in discovery, planning, and research activities, including user interviews, desk research, and workshops
  • Help translate user needs, product goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful product decisions
  • Collaborate openly with designers, engineers, and product peers
  • Work closely with frontend and backend developers to design solutions that are both user-centered and feasible to implement
  • Maintain consistency across the product and contribute to the design system
  • Work through complexity with clarity and attention to detail
  • Review implemented features to ensure quality and alignment with agreed designs
  • Participate in usability testing and holistic product reviews to improve the overall user experience
  • Support product learning by helping uncover user pain points, behaviors, and opportunities for improvement
  • Take ownership of your tasks from start to finish
  • Share knowledge and feedback to elevate the whole team’s work

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or a similar role
  • A portfolio showing strong end-to-end design work, including problem framing, process, and outcomes
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and turn ambiguity into clarity
  • Strong interaction design and visual design fundamentals
  • Strong Figma skills
  • Experience in UX research and translating findings into product decisions
  • Experience participating in or facilitating workshops such as Design Thinking sessions
  • Confidence collaborating closely with developers and understanding implementation constraints
  • Good communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to grow
  • Very good written and spoken English (roughly B2/C1 level or equivalent in practice)

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Experience designing enterprise tools, developer tools, admin panels, or security-focused products
  • Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI patterns
  • Experience using tools such as Mural, Airtable, FigJam, or similar research/workshop tools
  • Basic familiarity with GitHub or Git-based collaboration workflows
