Cloud Application Architect

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Application Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a new cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing Terraform for infrastructure setup. You will be part of a small team of senior professionals who are proactive, innovative, and not afraid to think out of the box and lead heavy discussions.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Setting up cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Ensuring the implementation of DevOps practices
• Collaborating in an Agile environment
• Coding, testing, and monitoring the new system
• Ensuring security and efficiency in the new system

The current solution is facing several challenges, including inefficiencies and security vulnerabilities, and we are looking for someone who can help us replace the technology and create a new system that is efficient, secure, and innovative.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience in setting up cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Experience working with AWS
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies
• Ability to code, test, and monitor cloud-based systems
• Experience with end-to-end responsibility for cloud infrastructure projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience leading discussions and collaborating with senior professionals in a small team environment
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based systems
• Experience with monitoring and testing tools for cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with innovative technologies and willingness to learn and adapt quickly
