Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant - Business Intelligence at IBM, you will lead demand analysis, architecture design, research and development, and continuous iterative evolution of an enterprise-level AI Agent platform. You will be responsible for technology docking, in-depth debugging, customized model optimization deployment, and fault diagnosis system construction.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

You will design and develop technical solutions and architectures for AI application layer systems, ensure data interactions, and work on model training and tuning for improved accuracy and stability. Experience with high concurrency distributed system design, microservice architecture, and middleware tuning is essential. Proficiency in Java technology stack, Spring Boot, MyBatis, Spring Cloud, Dubbo and JVM principles is required. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, fluent English communication, and accountability for project progress and deliverables.
