Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Application Developer specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you will design, develop, and implement AEM-based solutions that meet business requirements. You will leverage your expertise in content management systems and digital experience platforms to enhance user experiences and drive successful digital transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Develop Solutions: Design, develop, and implement AEM-based solutions like Sites, DAM, Forms, Guides, and Frankin/Edge that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability and high performance standards.
- Conduct Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop technical specifications that meet those needs.
- Implement Technical Architecture: Implement AEM's technical architecture, configuration, integration, and customization, utilizing Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Ensure Solution Quality: Ensure that solutions are scalable and maintain high performance standards, meeting business requirements and enhancing user experiences.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager: Familiarity with AEM's capabilities, including building and managing websites, mobile applications, digital forms, and user interfaces (UIs).
- Experience working with Content Management Systems: Understanding of content management systems and digital experience platforms to enhance user experiences and drive successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to Programming Languages: Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, and HTML, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintain high performance standards.
- Experience with Technical Architecture: Understanding of AEM's technical architecture, configuration, integration, and customization.
- Exposure to Testing and Troubleshooting: Familiarity with conducting unit and integration testing, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- AEM Specialized Knowledge: Exposure to AEM's advanced features, including workflow management, and content targeting.
- Digital Transformation Expertise: Experience working with digital experience platforms to drive successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced Programming Skills: Familiarity with advanced programming concepts in Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
