Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for Consultants to join our growing AI Search & Digital Experience practice. In this client-facing role, you will guide enterprise organizations through the transformation of their digital presence to meet the demands of AI-driven search and next-generation content development. You will serve as a trusted advisor, supporting engagements that span content strategy, advanced site architecture, structured data systems, analytics and measurement, authority building, and AI-powered marketing — helping clients stay competitive as the end-to-end digital experience fundamentally shifts and content supply chains are transformed.

You are intellectually curious about the shift from keyword-based to AI-driven search and excited to help clients navigate it. You are comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level — equally at home presenting a roadmap to a CMO and reviewing a complex site architecture, entity model, or analytics implementation. You build trust quickly with clients and bring a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving, grounded in data, measurement, and technical rigor.
Activities / Responsibilities
AI Search Strategy & Content Advisory
- Consult with clients to assess their current digital and content footprint against the requirements of AI search engines (e.g., Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search).
- Design content strategies that optimize for AI search retrieval, including answer-layer optimization, topic authority, and semantic content structuring.
- Guide clients through building content frameworks and playbooks.
Site Architecture, Data Structuring & Agent Readiness
- Evaluate and redesign site architectures to support AI agent crawling and retrieval.
- Define content hierarchies, internal linking models, and scalable URL structures.
- Implement structured data systems including JSON-LD, Schema.org, and entity relationships.
- Advise on data modeling across CMS, metadata, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs.
- Configure sitemaps, robots.txt, and indexation for AI agent accessibility.
Analytics, Measurement & Insight Generation
- Design AI search performance measurement frameworks beyond keyword rankings.
- Define KPIs for AI visibility, mentions, citations, and business outcomes.
- Leverage GA4, Google Search Console, and emerging AI search analytics tools.
- Translate performance data into executive-ready insights.
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Own end-to-end client relationships across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Develop client-facing deliverables including audits, roadmaps, frameworks, and playbooks.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 10+ years in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, or web consulting
- AI Search Knowledge: Understanding of how LLM-based search engines retrieve and rank content
- Content Strategy for AI: Ability to design content architectures optimized for SEO and AI discoverability
- Technical SEO: Strong command of Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, indexation, and performance optimization
- Site Architecture: Experience with complex site architectures, content hierarchies, and internal linking models.
