Your Role And Responsibilities
As an intern, you will:

- Collaborate with IBMers to co-create technical, business, and user-centric solutions.
- Develop an understanding of client’s future state goals and turning them into actionable plans.
- Engage in a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and networking within the IBM North America intern community.
- Support multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines and addressing conflicting demands.
Preferred Education & Experience
This role is suited for individuals pursuing a Bachelor's degree. You must be enrolled in full-time studies and plan to return upon the work-term's completion. Candidates should have strong quantitative analysis, problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a passion for innovative solutions are essential.
