About the Sales Development Representative Role

In the Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at SundaHus, you will work with prospecting, needs assessment, and pipeline building – directly contributing to the company's sales. This role suits individuals who want to develop within B2B sales in a fast-growing environment where digital services meet the real estate and construction industry.

As an SDR, you will be a vital part of our sales team. You will work with prospecting, qualification, and meeting booking, often being the first contact our future customers have. You will work data-driven in Salesforce, alongside an experienced sales team, and collaborate closely with both marketing and sales representatives. This role is for you if you are social, curious, and goal-driven, motivated by creating new business opportunities, and want to take the next step in modern B2B sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospektering: Identify and contact potential customers through various channels like phone, email, and social media.
  • Kvalificering: Assess customer needs and interest in our products and services.
  • Leadgenerering: Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads that you hand over to our sales representatives.
  • Samarbete: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and contribute to the team's common goals.

  • High school diploma (higher education is meritorious but not required).

Meritorious Skills and Experience

  • Previous B2B sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge or background in SaaS sales.
