About ibaby
We are looking for a Creative & Brand Executive who will help shape and elevate our brand communication across digital platforms.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing campaigns, overseeing creative output, managing content shoots, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
This role combines copywriting, visual direction, and creative execution. It is ideal for someone who understands premium aesthetics, digital content formats, and structured campaign thinking.
Key Responsibilities for the Creative & Brand Executive
- Develop content ideas and campaign themes aligned with marketing objectives
- Write copy for social media, ads, website, and marketing campaigns
- Create creative briefs and mood boards for designers and production teams
- Oversee photoshoots and video shoots (shot lists, styling inputs, output selection)
- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives before publishing
- Coordinate with designers, performance marketers, and CRM teams
- Maintain and execute the content calendar across platforms
- Continuously improve visual and storytelling standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in creative, brand, or content roles
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of digital-first content
- Ability to think in campaigns, not just posts
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience coordinating shoots is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables under timelines
- Detail-oriented with high quality standards
