Role Overview
Step into the role of Technical Business Analyst - AI in our strategic CTP GenAI squad. You will work at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge AI with business insights, transforming how intelligent solutions are designed and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define business problems and refine requirements.
- Translate complex technical requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Document data needs, risks, dependencies, and scope related to AI projects.
- Lead workshops and act as a communication bridge between business and technical teams.
- Convert documents into formats ready for LLM processing.
- Maintain and integrate AI related technical requirements across teams.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in a technical business or data analyst role within data-rich environments. Experience with AI, GenAI, GDP, Greenplum, enterprise data platforms, and data modelling is essential. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are a must, especially in complex, matrixed organisations. Prior exposure to insurance or financial services is highly desirable, along with familiarity using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Contract Details
