Responsibilities
- Lead discovery conversations and translate requirements for technical teams.
- Build effort estimates, business cases, and benefits models.
- Structure delivery work into epics, features, and user stories.
- Support Agile stand ups, prioritisation, timelines and risk management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution design and ensure business alignment.
- Track progress, financials and dependencies across projects.
- Identify improvements in business analysis practices and delivery processes.
- Build trusted relationships to uncover opportunities for automation, AI, and digital workplace enhancements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, systems analysis, or solution evaluation. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Tableau/Power BI, SharePoint Online and the Power Platform are essential. A collaborative, communicative style and a solid delivery mindset are required, along with strong financial awareness.
