Role Overview
As a Digital Workplace Technical Business Analyst, you will help shape the digital tools that power how thousands work daily. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, translate ideas into technical requirements, and help scope and deliver solutions using the Microsoft stack, Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery conversations and translate requirements into actionable documentation.
- Develop effort and cost estimates, business cases, and benefits models.
- Structure delivery work into epics, features and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution designs.
- Track progress, financials and dependencies to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Identify enhancements in BA practices and explore automation and AI opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in business analysis, systems analysis or solution evaluation.
- Proficiency in Excel, Jira, Confluence; exposure to Tableau/Power BI.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (or willingness to learn).
- Strong delivery mindset and agile working experience.
- Solid financial awareness and modeling skills.
- High emotional intelligence and collaborative engagement skills.

Additional Information
