WFG Administration Summer Student

As a WFG Administration Summer Student, you will play a key role in supporting daily administrative and operational activities related to client onboarding and mutual fund processing.

What You’ll Accomplish With Us
- Ensuring the proper and timely placement of electronic documents while meeting daily processing deadlines
- Processing non-financial requests accurately and efficiently
- Performing data entry by setting up clients and Know Your Client (KYC) information in the back-office system (Winfund)
- Preparing daily transaction documents
- Working closely with the Client Services team as well as the dealer’s Head Office
- Communicating with various fund companies as required
- Completing other administrative duties as assigned

- Has familiarity with Winfund, Synergize, and Fundserv (considered an asset)

Compensation
The typical hiring range for this position is between $18.50 and $28.00 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
