This is a senior individual contributor role within a lean marketing team, requiring you to be adept at both strategy development and hands-on execution. About Hyve: Hyve is a leading organizer of dynamic B2B events focused on sectors like e-commerce, healthcare, edtech, and fintech. We empower businesses to enter new markets, accelerate growth, and connect with key stakeholders. Our culture is entrepreneurial, encouraging big ideas and swift action, complemented by an ambitious acquisition strategy. About Behavioral Health Tech (BHT): BHT is dedicated to improving access to mental health, substance use, and autism/IDD services through technology, health equity, and innovation. We serve as a premier community and conference for stakeholders across health plans, employers, health systems, providers, startups, investors, and policymakers. About the Role: This Senior Marketing Manager position is crucial for accelerating revenue-generating marketing channels for BHT. You will be responsible for the end-to-end tactical management of growth marketing channels including email, SMS, social media, paid digital, and web. A key aspect of this role involves HubSpot management, where you will design, build, and optimize workflows, automations, sequences, and reporting dashboards. You will also be tasked with creating compelling, on-brand assets and copy across various formats without needing external design support. Developing audience-specific messaging strategies for attendees, hosted buyers, and sponsors, understanding their unique motivations, will be essential. Managing and executing the editorial and promotional calendar, ensuring recurring content like newsletters and email campaigns run smoothly, is also a core responsibility. Additionally, you will handle event marketing, tracking ticket price milestones, managing urgency campaigns, fulfilling sponsorship marketing, and overseeing event lifecycle communications. Periodic identification and engagement with potential peer organization partners for marketing collaborations and awareness efforts are expected, alongside fulfilling marketing tasks for established partners. Continuous analysis of campaign performance, surfacing actionable insights, and iterating based on data are critical for optimization. You will also proactively identify and address any marketing-related tasks that need completion. The Intangibles (Non-Negotiable): * **Dot Connector:** Ability to see and act upon the connections between different marketing efforts (e.g., webinar campaigns, sponsor renewals, LinkedIn posts). * **Problem Solver:** Resourceful and proactive in overcoming challenges like tool malfunctions, incomplete briefs, or lack of existing playbooks. * **Self-Sufficient:** Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, without layers of support or external agencies. * **Audience Understanding:** Deep understanding of the motivations, pressures, and purchasing psychology of behavioral health providers, payers, and innovators. * **Strategic & Flexible:** Possess strong opinions on marketing, ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to change, and pivot based on data. Why Join BHT: * **Mission-Driven:** Contribute to innovation in mental health, addiction, and I/DD services, a critical area in healthcare. * **Direct Impact:** Your campaigns will directly influence the behavioral health ecosystem. * **Autonomy:** Own your function entirely and implement creative strategies independently. * **Growth Opportunity:** Help build the marketing infrastructure that will shape BHT's future operations.
