What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing Solutions team in NYC. As part of this team, you will serve as a trusted advisor by conducting technical discovery meetings, delivering product demonstrations and PoCs, and aligning customer needs with Hyro’s capabilities. You will connect the technical solution with business value, reporting to Hyro’s Head of Sales Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design tailored solutions integrating technical, deployment, and security factors.
- Assess client tech landscapes to anticipate challenges and strategy shifts.
- Develop architectural blueprints for integration and configuration.
- Support Sales Executives in pre-sales, scoping sessions, and solution proposals.
- Deliver demos, analyze customer data, and offer ROI insights.
- Collaborate internally to develop feasible and profitable solutions.
- Track market trends and contribute to Hyro’s technology evolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect.
- Ability to deliver demonstrations to both business and technical audiences.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and telephony infrastructure.
- Experience with Enterprise SaaS and Contact Center Sales.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare tech or ML/AI/NLU is a plus.
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent educational background.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States. Compensation for NY-based hires is between $130,000 and $180,000 annual OTE, with other locations adjusted based on local labor costs.
