What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing product & design team in Tel Aviv. As a Product Designer at Hyro, you will transform complex problems into engaging and valuable experiences, designing the next generation of conversational AI. You will translate business and product requirements into beautiful, intuitive screens and flows, conduct user research and testing, and leverage good design practices to drive insights.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the UX and UI of our client-facing products.
  • Prototype, test ideas, and iterate quickly based on feedback and analytics.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to turn visions into tangible products.
  • Define reusable design components and establish a strong design system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a leading design institute.
  • 2+ years of experience as a product designer in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Understanding of leveraging AI to accelerate design work.
  • Proficiency with design systems using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or AI-powered design tools.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders in product, R&D, and design.
  • Experience in facilitating user interviews and testing sessions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, agile, proactive, and fun to work with.
