Senior Financial Program Analyst at Incline P&C Group
Hyra is collaborating with Incline P&C Group to find a Senior Financial Program Analyst. This crucial role focuses on the financial setup, system configuration, and comprehensive lifecycle management of property and casualty insurance programs. You will serve as a vital link between underwriting, finance, accounting, and systems, ensuring all programs are structurally and operationally sound from a financial perspective.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate across Data, Underwriting, and Treasury teams to support program setup in Duck Creek and Workday.
- Manage the financial onboarding and lifecycle support for new insurance programs and renewals.
- Configure and test program-related terms and calculation models within financial systems.
- Validate system setups to ensure accounting entries and financial flows operate as intended.
- Support credit risk assessments and collateral requirements for reinsurers and Managing General Agents.
What we're looking for
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial program management or insurance operations.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Duck Creek Reinsurance or Workday Accounting Center.
- Ability to document complex financial structures and system logic for cross-functional transparency.
- Experience identifying financial or system impacts during program development and implementation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
