Job Description
Senior Data Quality Analyst at University Health
Hyra is working on behalf of University Health to hire for the position of Senior Data Quality Analyst. This pivotal role facilitates the collection, management, and synthesis of data to support departmental projects and programmatic sustainability. You will be instrumental in identifying quality improvement opportunities and meticulously monitoring key performance metrics across diverse clinical and administrative operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and synthesize data to support departmental projects and performance monitoring.
- Identify and monitor ongoing quality improvement issues and process improvement opportunities.
- Develop metrics, data collection tools, and visual presentations of analyzed data.
- Perform quantitative data analysis and statistical analysis of clinical and administrative sources.
- Lead process improvement efforts and ensure fiscal responsibility in the use of resources.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with healthcare data and information.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis and qualitative research methodologies.
- Experience preparing quality improvement reports and data-driven presentations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
