About the Role

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client is one of the most active investors in Web3 with over 540 Web3 investments. They are seeking a strategic and connected professional to drive growth for their Web3 products.

In This Role, You Will

• Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships in the Web3 and blockchain space.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and legal to align initiatives with company goals.
• Lead negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships and licensing agreements.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitive landscapes.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Work with the product team to gather feedback and shape the product roadmap.
• Track and analyze KPIs related to partnership outcomes and revenue generation.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Development Manager or a similar role in the Web3 industry.
• A deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and decentralized protocols.
• Strong market insight and the ability to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Established connections with native Web3 projects, protocols, and communities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and passion for driving measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
