As a Senior Smart Contract Test Development Engineer at Hyphen Connect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high quality and security of a high-frequency trading platform, with a strong focus on blockchain protocols and smart contracts.

Core Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Quality Assurance: Oversee the entire testing lifecycle for a high-frequency trading platform, including integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and high-concurrency performance testing.
• Protocol & Contract Verification: Conduct in-depth white-box testing of underlying blockchain protocols and smart contracts to ensure precise transaction logic and fund security.
• Automation System Development: Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks, covering front-end interactions, back-end APIs, and on-chain data validation.
• Risk Control Testing: Validate complex financial transaction logic, including clearing and settlement processes, risk control models, and oracle data feed reliability.
• Technical Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with development and product teams, actively participating in requirements reviews to ensure high-standard production environment releases.

Required Qualifications

• Senior Testing Background: Possess over 8 years of software testing experience, proficient in Web, mobile, and complex back-end architecture testing methodologies.
• Trading Business Expertise: Deep understanding of financial trading system operations, familiar with matching engines, asset clearing, and fund flow management.
• Blockchain Technology Proficiency: Skilled in mainstream smart contract environments (e.g., EVM, Rust, or Move) and related developer testing toolchains.
• Web3 Infrastructure Experience: Practical testing experience with wallet integration, decentralized protocol interaction, and external data source interfacing.
• Source Code Analysis Capability: Ability to identify potential logic vulnerabilities by reviewing source code and optimize system stability in high-concurrency environments.

Bonus Points

• Experience testing core DeFi protocols (e.g., AMM, liquidity pools, or order books).
• Familiarity with smart contract security audit processes and common on-chain vulnerability attack patterns.
• Practical experience with advanced security validation methods like fuzzing or invariance testing.
