About the Role

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Senior Backend Developer Golang to join one of its ecosystem projects – a MEV Powered Liquid Staking platform. This position is at the forefront of blockchain innovation, focusing on robust backend services for DeFi applications.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and refine robust backend services focused on performance.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and smart contract specialists.
  • Design secure APIs for seamless integration with blockchain.
  • Enhance data management for fast, reliable storage and retrieval.
  • Conduct code reviews to identify and resolve bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in blockchain and DeFi backend development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of backend engineering experience with 2+ years in blockchain systems.
  • Proficiency in Golang for high-performance frameworks and APIs.
  • Experience optimizing relational databases like PostgreSQL for speed and scalability.
  • Ability to work in rapid development cycles with production-ready code deployments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective collaboration in a team setting.
  • Track record of driving technical projects from inception to completion.
