About the Role

Hyphen Connect is hiring for one of our portfolio companies. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Lead to join the team and drive execution across blockchain infrastructure initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project timeline execution and report to Co-Founders.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and ecosystem teams.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Maintain documentation, track progress, and report metrics.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and drive iterative improvements.
  • Stay informed on Web3 trends, tools, and protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Web3 or blockchain.
  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with high-quality outcome commitment.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Relocation to Hong Kong is required.
