About the Role
Hyphen Connect is hiring for one of our portfolio companies. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Lead to join the team and drive execution across blockchain infrastructure initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive project timeline execution and report to Co-Founders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and ecosystem teams.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Maintain documentation, track progress, and report metrics.
- Monitor post-launch performance and drive iterative improvements.
- Stay informed on Web3 trends, tools, and protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Web3 or blockchain.
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with high-quality outcome commitment.
- Effective communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Relocation to Hong Kong is required.
