Job Summary

As a Product Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to transform ideas from concept to reality. You will work closely with developers, designers, and marketing professionals, leveraging AI-augmented tools to manage workflows and deliver scalable solutions in a rapid development environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI-augmented project tools (ClickUp AI, Notion AI, Monday.com AI, Taskade) to optimize workflows.
  • Define product vision and roadmaps for martech, fintech, web, and crypto projects.
  • Coordinate teams to deliver prototypes and MVPs on schedule and budget.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements using user feedback and AI-driven analytics.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation in an agile workflow.
  • Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product or project management experience in tech; fresh graduates with relevant AI experience considered.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana for project tracking.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven project management tools and analytics is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving skills and adaptability to prototype-driven settings.
  • Bonus: Experience in martech, fintech, or crypto projects.
