Penetration Engineer iGaming at Hyphen Connect
Hyphen Connect is seeking a skilled and experienced Penetration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities within our systems and applications, with a specific focus on the iGaming industry. You will leverage a deep understanding of cyber security principles and attack methodologies to protect our digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proficiently utilize vulnerability scanning tools such as Burp Suite, Acunetix (AWVS), and Nmap, among others.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of common Web and system security vulnerability principles and their effective solutions.
- Be well-versed in various Web attack methods, including SQL injection, XSS attacks, command injection, CSRF attacks, upload vulnerabilities, and parsing vulnerabilities.
- Possess a deep understanding of weaknesses across various operating systems and application platforms.
- Familiarity with common commands for Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of typical internal network attack strategies and methods, including domain environment penetration.
- Develop and execute penetration testing plans, offering expert vulnerability consulting and technical support.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in security roles or involvement in large-scale information security projects.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
