About The Role
Hyphen Connect is hiring a Facebook LinkedIn Manager for the world's only free-access cryptocurrency launchpad trusted by over 620k users. The role is ideal for someone who can leverage the company’s content, engagement, and growth strategy on social platforms, position the brand with a professional audience, build authority, and drive engagement with high‑value industry contacts.
Responsibilities
Platform Growth & Content Management: Execute the company's web strategy ensuring content meets platform quality standards with a posting frequency between once every 48 hours and once every 24 hours.
Community Engagement & Outreach: Build a strong presence in communities by joining hundreds of relevant groups and engaging at least three times per week in each. Post a minimum of 5 meaningful, value‑driven comments per day on posts from major industry accounts.
Supporter & Algorithm Maintenance: Manage supporter engagement cycles to maximize reach while protecting algorithm performance.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor key performance indicators such as engagement rate, reach, and referral traffic.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of professional networking, industry positioning, and thought leadership content.
- Skilled in short‑form video strategy and visual content optimisation.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 is a strong plus.
