About The Company

Hyphen Connect is hiring a Chief Technology Officer for a start-up Web3 project based in Hong Kong. This role demands extensive leadership in payment systems and deep expertise in both web2 and web3 payments.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead all aspects of company operations and strategy.
  • Develop and implement annual business goals and growth strategies.
  • Manage business-oriented product lines from R&D to lifecycle management.
  • Oversee market growth, product development, and project execution.
  • Drive business development and strategic partnerships.
  • Assume additional duties to advance organizational objectives.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years in FinTech, Web3, or Financial Services in executive roles.
  • Deep knowledge of payment systems, cross-border transactions, and fiat/crypto solutions.
  • Strong expertise in operations management, R&D leadership, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional leadership combined with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in payments and crypto.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
