About the Role

The Business Intelligence Lead at Hyphen Connect is a key role in a leading global digital asset exchange. You will shape data-driven strategies, build scalable BI frameworks, and deliver actionable insights to drive business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine localized business strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Build and manage BI frameworks measuring market performance, revenue, and ROI.
  • Design, execute, and optimize data models, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing, BD, and product teams to guide decision-making through data.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and scalability of BI solutions globally.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing BI/analytics team to support growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in BI, analytics, or strategy roles with team management.
  • Background in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets, preferably with an exchange background.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and SQL/Python.
  • Experience driving growth, product performance, and marketing ROI using data insights.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese/English is a plus.
